When hosting a Mini-Server of any type, you need to portforward to make it available for other players to join.When you close out, your server will close with it. This method of hosting a server is dependent on your game being open. From there, you can click a button that changes your game to Mini-Server mode.
TOONTOWN OFFLINE CLOTHING COMMANDS OFFLINE
You can run a non-dedicated server by playing in Offline Mode and going to the 'Servers' page of your Shtikerbook. The server run independently of your game so that it will be up regardless of whether you're currently playing. To run a dedicated server, simply run 'start_server.bat' in your game's installation directory. There are two different ways you can host a Mini-Server.
You can either host your own server, or join someone else's.
Mini-Server Mode allows you to play Toontown Offline with up to 15 other Toons. Toontown Offline has completely overhauled the Magic Word system from the ground up, and we are excited to tell you all about it. These commands were internally referred to as 'Magic Words.' After Toontown Online shut down, various Toontown projects have made their own Magic Word systems and have added new commands to their game. I'm considering on having a new forum for Toontown Offline that's linked to this site. It will however be much slower since they also shutdown their website. In newer versions of Toontown Offline, you can check the Shticker Book to see commands. Remember, some of them are case sensitive (any dna command) and won't work if it doesn't use the correct case. 
Using 'before a command sets it to be done to the targeted player/object. Using ' before a command sets it to be done to yourself. You can play Toontown Offline by yourself normally, but you can also choose to host or join a Mini-Server with up to 15 other Toons.
Toontown Offline is a Singleplayer edition of the now closed MMO, Disney's Toontown Online. Any following accounts should be launched in Mini-Server mode with the game server as 'localhost'. To do so, launch your first account in Offline Mode.
You can play on several accounts at once when playing Offline Mode. Be sure to remember the username of any alternate accounts you make, or else you won't be able to access them! Each time you log into the game with a different username, it will automatically create a new account. Rather than accounts being associated with a username and password, they're now created using only a username. Accounts in Toontown Offline work quite differently than in Toontown Online. The game can be played by yourself, whether you have an internet connection or not. Offline Mode is the default way to play Toontown Offline.
